Description of problem:
I've installed RHOS 8 on RHEL 7.2, but when I click on Help link on top bar, I'm redirected to RDO web pages.

Actually it looks like inverse problem of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1049537.

The documentation change is addressed as a patch on the OPM package

We want to drop this patch from opm, we should ensure packstack and tripleo provide correct uri.

moving back on_qa and to packstack.  This bug was against packstack and fixed in packstack.  Testing against a director or failing and moving to director is the wrong thing to do.  If this is a problem with director, please file a new bug or clone this to director.  This should be tested on a packstack deploy only.
