Description of problem:

When your storage domain is filling up at some point you want to make some more space. And deleting an old snapshots seems like the right thing to do. 
But usually merging occurs which takes additional space on that same storage doman which leads to delete failure. So,redirect "merging snapshots" to another dedicated storage domain.
