Manual task is never validated without errors.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create process (Start)>(ManualTask)>(End)
2. Fill "task name" and "actor id" of ManualTask
3. Save process

Actual results:
There are errors about missing data types for "task name" and "actor id" after step 3.

Expected results:
There are no errors about missing data types for "task name" and "actor id" after step 3.
