"Help" for "Files" window in GNOME on Wayland session

Description of problem:
For the current Fedora development tree, the "Help" for "Files" utility shows an essentially empty (grey) window and rendering artifacts as shown in the attached screenshot making it unusable.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
yelp-3.19.1-3.fc24

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to (default) GNOME (on Wayland) session.
2. Open "Files" window.
3. Open "Help" window through context menu.

Actual results:
The "Help" for "Files" window appears but it is empty and the menu bar is black. By moving the mouse pointer over the position of the (hidden) window buttons they become visible.

Expected results:
The "Help" utility is launched and displays the help information for "Files".

Additional info:
- Under GNOME on Xorg, the "Help" utility crashes because of bug 1276432.
- The rendering issue is present when using AMD or QXL video drivers.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.
