Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHCI+TripleO ISOs
2. Deploy OpenStack + CloudForms
3. Discover Instances/Images for Cloud Provider
4. Enable SmartProxy Server Role
5. Select Instance
6. Perform SmartState Analysis

Actual results:

"Unable to mount filesystem. Reason:[No space left on device @ io_write - /tmp/EvmSnapshot20160217-25844-2v5y6i (Errno::ENOSPC)]"

Expected results:

Successful SmartState Analysis
