Description of problem:
While performing a text install on a system, I noticed the text
version of anaconda does not have an LVM option, which is present in
the graphical installer.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot cd#1
2. enter: linux text
3. Perform manual partitioning
4. Observe no LVM button.
    

Actual Results:  Expect text installer to have same functionality of
GUI installer.

Expected Results:  LVM button should be present.
