how does one do, do you/Redhat/Centos advise package maintainers to choose one over the other?
I would like to install guacamole.noarch when it brakes, should I move this report to guacamole?

If you remove tomcatjss your problem should be solved. guacamole.noarch depends on tomcat-native.
