Description of problem:
Transmission would not launch after installing via yum

2.84 (14307)


How reproducible:
unsure


Steps to Reproduce:
1. centos 7 fresh install
2. enable epel repo
3. yum install tranmission
4. launch transmission, it fails to launch


Actual results:
transmission-gtk.desktop: transmission-gtk: error while loading shared libraries: libnatpmp.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


Expected results:
transmission package installs libnatpnp and then is able to launch
