Actually spec doesn't have version. Version will be listed automatically when spec is generated. 

eg. https://partner-hwcert.redhat.com/show.cgi?id=1262386
this is created with spec only, comment#0 shows version is RHEL5. This is not correct. If spec do need a version field when it's generated, could we hide this info for user?
