Description of problem:

'python-networking-ovn' repository is created under github.com/openstack-packages (https://github.com/openstack-packages/python-networking-ovn)

'networking-ovn' is a neutron plugin for OVN controller and the repo is here - https://github.com/openstack/networking-ovn

This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life.
If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
