Description of problem:

In the spec file of the sac rpm the link of Source3 "Source3: http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/maven2/org/w3c/css/sac/1.3/sac-1.3.pom" is broken. It could be replaced with Source3: https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/w3c/css/sac/1.3/sac-1.3.pom
