Title: Deploy the WebSphere MQ Resource Adapter

Describe the issue:

The config property names are case sensitive, it would be good to make a note of this when a user is specifying any of the config properties (hostName) is just an example, that it needs to be hostName , hostname will not work.

The WebSphere MQ property names have been indicated as being case sensitive in both Procedure 22.9 and step 2.d of Procedure 22.8 at the following link:
