Description of problem:
The release description should copy from flag detail page automatically.


Go to the release list page[1], all description field value should be set manually, or else can't save it.

Take archived as example, the description should be copied from it's flag detail page[2] automatically after user tick the checkbox.

I am also wondering what is the significance of the release's sort_key, where it be used?

Use of this extension by Program Management is being halted, so we won;t be doing any non critical work for it.
