Description of problem:
I use epydoc for generating HTML documentation. At the same time epydoc requires: tex(latex) which bring all texlive package (like several hundreds).
It would be nice if you can change it to:
  Recommends: tex(latex)
So I can remove most of texlive packages from my systems.

Fixed in Rawhide, I also splitted the GUI to avoid pulling tkinter.
