Description Tom McKay 2016-02-24 21:00:26 UTC
Hosts that are created w/ puppet agent -t can be placed into a default org. Their env, though, is 'production'. If production is not in that org then the UI will show red to indicate the mismatches (production missing from org). Clicking the "fix mismatches" button fixes things.

Unfortunately, when in a mismatch state other commands that interact with the org will fail and generate error messages. Having an API to fix mismatches would allow tools to proceed in this situation.

My vote is that this is a bug rather than an rfe since the api is unusable until the UI is visited to fix mismatches.

Thank you for your interest in Satellite 6. We have evaluated this request, and we do not expect this to be implemented in product in the forseeable future. We are therefore closing this out as WONTFIX. If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to contact Rich Jerrido or Bryan Kearney. Thank you.
