Description of problem:
On buildconfig edit page, When click "Add" to Environment Variables, env vars couldn't be added

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
oc v3.1.1.907-1-g0755947
kubernetes v1.2.0-alpha.7-703-gbc4550d

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create application via web console
2. Browse -> Builds -> <bc_name> -> Edit -> Environment Variables -> Input Name/Value -> Add

Actual results:
2. Click on "Add" button for Environment Variables didn't get response, env vars are not added

Expected results:
2. Environment Variables should be added successfully

checked on 2016-03-02.2 puddle, issue is fixed, could add env vars successfully now
