Creating lifecycle environments with hammer is broken:

hammer lifecycle-environment create --organization "Default Organization" --description 'Crash (Testing) Environment' --name 'Crash' --label crash --prior Library

The title and description are actually 2 different issues.  This appears to be a bugzilla that I opened after a 'test day' event.

That said, on Satellite 6.2.7, neither of these issues exists any longer; therefore, I am going to move this one to CLOSED:CURRENTRELEASE.
