Description of problem:

After successful login in desktop session, user is unable to switch to vtx sessions via alt + ctrl + Fx key.

Setup: Thinkpad W541 laptop with HD46OO with two monitors 19"Dell and 23"NEC

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put laptop to dock station 
2. Connect monitors
2. Login to desktop session 
3. Configure monitors properly
4. Press alt + ctrl + F2 or F3

Actual results:
Mouse cursor disappears, screens are frozen until alt + ctrl + F1 is pressed.

Expected results:
Black screens with login prompt should appear on both monitors.
