Description of problem:
vdsm-hooks-vhostmd is missing in RHEV-H 3.6 build which vdsm-hook-vhostmd was shipped in 3.5. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhev-hypervisor7-7.2-20160301.1

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check package in RHEV-H
2. rpm -qa | grep vdsm-hook
3.

Actual results:
Only vdsm-hook-vmfex-dev-4.17.23-0.el7ev and vdsm-hook-ethtool-options-4.17.23-0.el7ev


Expected results:
missing vdsm-hooks-vhostmd package in RHEV-H.

To build this hook since https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/49427 - you need to add --enable-vhostmd-hook to autogen.sh - you may follow the script in contrib dir https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/49427/6/contrib/koji_build.sh

Yaniv, we are not building vdsm - So to whom is your suggesting directed?

I didn't understand the issue correctly. The hook rpm seems to exist in brew, and it should be included in RHEV-H iso . the build for vdsm was published alright (I thought you might build it as well for some reason)

In RHEV 4.0 this bug will not be fixed with teh attached patch, but rather by teh fact that the affected flow is getting covered by Cockpit.
