Description of problem:
The RHEV documentation is missing information about which features are fully supported and which are in the tech. preview. This information has to be clearly 
shown in the doc in order to prevent any confusion.

Hi Roman,

Which particular features are you looking to have mentioned as Technology Preview for 3.6? I used a Bugzilla query to look for bugs with 'Doc Type' marked as Technology preview, and I could not see any items for 3.6. (We use a similar query to find all the engineering bugs we include in Release Notes.)

I'm aware that some features that were Technology Preview in 3.5 and earlier have not moved to fully supported in this release. The way we usually handle this is to call out the Technology Preview feature only in the release in which it was introduced. If the features moves to fully supported in a later release, we will have a release note calling this out (with a bug attached, usually). Additionally, all features that are in Technology Preview are marked as such in the sections of the documentation in which they appear. For example, the Optimizer is documented here: https://access.redhat.com/articles/1289123

We could certainly put a central list of Technology Preview features in the Release Notes, although we would need to work with engineering and support to confirm what would appear in the list. Would you be able to help with that?

After some discussion with product management, I have determined that one new feature was added as a Technology Preview in 3.6, and three features (added as TP in earlier releases) remain as Technology Preview for 3.6. We've added a list to the Release Notes here:
