Description of problem:
In current Fedora 24, the gear symbol on the button for accessing the properties of an existing VPN connection is placed off-center, see attached screenshot.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
control-center-3.19.90-1.fc24

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select existing VPN connection in the GNOME control center.

Actual results:
The gear symbol on the properties button is shifted to the right.

Expected results:
The gear symbol on the properties button is centered.
