Description of problem:
those link files to filter_plugins&lookup_plugins lose the target.

1. ls /usr/share/ansible/openshift-ansible/playbooks/common/openshift-nfs/filter_plugins
2. ls /usr/share/ansible/openshift-ansible/byo/openshift-master/lookup_plugins

Fix the link target missing or remove the link files

We're likely going to remove all the excess symlinks in the repo as well as consolidate openshift-ansible in to a single package.  Closing this for now.
