Thanks for report, yes, this is reproducible with this new patch with implementation of i18n support. I already fixed one off-by-one issue there, but based on your report it seems there are more such flaws... I'll probably revert to the old implementation next week, as I don't trust the new patch anymore. Used the old cut i18n support patch again (just separated from the original one), seems to work properly. Building as coreutils-8.25-5.fc25 and coreutils-8.25-5.fc24 in koji. |
