rugged v0.24.0 fails to build because it can't find the GIT_OPT_ENABLE_STRICT_OBJECT_CREATION option in libgit2-devel-0.23.4-2.fc24.x86_64 in Rawhide. This option is only in libgit2 v0.24.0.
