Only Fedora 22 is affected, older and newer versions are not. Thank you for the patch, I've pushed it to f22. nasm-2.11.06-2.fc22 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 22. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-b3c9dcc237 nasm-2.11.06-2.fc22 has been pushed to the Fedora 22 testing repository.
