Description of problem:
The configure script was not called with "-journald".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
qt5-qtbase-5.5.1-11.el7.x86_64


Info from configure --help:
 -journald ........... Send logging output to journald.

We currently only enable this on fedora 24+ qt5 builds, since it would be a backward-incompatible change, though we could re-consider, particularly for epel

This was implemented in qt5-qtbase-5.6.0-8 builds and newer
