Description of problem:
$ sudo rpm -qf /etc/magnum/magnum.conf
openstack-magnum-common-1.1.1-0.20160307030241.ba0bcf2.fc23.noarch
$ sudo cat /etc/magnum/magnum.conf 
$

No error message in the above log.

By default the magnum-config-generator.conf  expected to create magnum.conf.sample it is not referenced in the log.

Additional Info:
No magnum component in the bugzilla.
