Description of problem:
The CDN URL is accepting any non existing url and its not verifying the existence of that url.
It should throw an error for non availability of any non existing url.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Content -> Redhat Subscriptions page.
2. Attempt to update any non existing/ invalid url.

Actual results:
Success. The CDN URL is accepting any non existing url and its not verifying the existence of that url.

Expected results:
It should throw an error for non availability of any non existing url.
CDN URL is not updated for any non existing url.
