Description of problem:
When you create a new plan and choose the files to upload and click "Upload Files and Create Plan" - the operation takes a very long time. No feedback is given to the user and that causes the user to click "Upload Files and Create Plan" again and again.


How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to /plans/list
2. Press on "Create New Plan"
3. Choose the files to upload (it doesn't matter if you choose just 1 file or a directory with hundreds of files)
4. Click "Upload Files and Create Plan"
5. Wait ...........


Actual results:
The GUI doesn't show any response to the click on "Upload Files and Create Plan".


Expected results:
The operation should be very fast. At the least, the user should get a progress indicator.

This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life.
If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.

The bug is valid and relates to the new tripleo-ui product which will be available as a poc soon (it's not EOL...).

However, it has been decided to file the bugs upstream in launchpad so we'll leave this bug closed. Here is the new bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo-ui/+bug/1583940
