Quartz war not bundled with kie-server distribution

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy process to kie-server and try to use quartz for timers

Actual results:

No class def found on quartz classes

Expected results:

Quartz timers work

Additional info:

Was able to get around the issue by dropping quartz jar from Business central into kie-server
