Section Number and Name: We need a new section created

Describe the issue: The current migration tool only handles version history of the guvnor repo to the new git repo. Snapshots were a feature in Guvnor 5 for deployment (like maven coordinates in BxMS 6). I have created a tool that helps with this migration, as well as a step by step guide to use. This is a feature request and should be back ported to all versions of the 6.x docs.
