Description of problem:
Product -> Tasks pages should honor user timezone setting

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.2.0-beta-snap3.1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure to have some products and repositories
2. Review WebUI -> Content -> Products -> Tasks -> `Date` field

Actual results:
The Date is shown in satellite timezone vs. the logged-in user's timezone

Expected results:
The Date should be shown in logged-in user's timezone
