Description of problem:
It can't show the selectors of the related contact selectors (Default Assignee: Default QA contact: Default Docs contact: Default CC List) when hen administrator adds component. It also can't the contact selectors (Assignee:,QA Contact:,Docs Contact: cc:) when the customer file a bug.
