Description of problem:
It should refresh bug roles after select component in the enter bug page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.2.rh2

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login bugzilla, Go to enter bug page of product 'Bugzilla'
2.Select a component like: administartion
3.

Actual results:
All user roles(assign, qa, doc_contact) value is empty

Expected results:
All user roles(assign, qa, doc_contact) value should be set by the selected component's default setting.

I believe this was fixed in Bug 1317331

Tested on 
QA environment(bz-web.host.qe.eng.pek2.redhat.com) with version(5.0.2.rh4, DB: pgsql)
Result: Pass
