Description of problem:
it doesn't set original version as the default selected when edit bug in the bug list page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.2.rh2

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login bugzilla, Do any search to get a bug list, like all NEW RHEL7, version:7.1  bugs(please including column 'version' for this search)
2.Edit a bug,  check the version selector


Actual results:
Version 7.0 selected as default

Expected results:
original value 7.1 selected as default

Weirdly it does do it properly for the Bugzilla product but not the RHEL-7 product.

Tested on 
QA environment(bz-web.host.qe.eng.pek2.redhat.com) with version(5.0.2.rh4, DB: pgsql)
Result: Pass
