Connection to the database was lost due to system suspend or timeout. Error dialog appeared and then it crashed.

This is fixed by 1.21.1-3 for f24.  Maybe I should push an update for f23.

Already did.  Closing.  Fixed in pgadmin3-1.22.1-3.fc23
