This is separate from the RGW install via USM, which is punted to 2.1 and is tracked by a separate bug. This refers to RGW Ansible playbook install *only*.

This is done from a Ceph perspective, but this is a Console bug, and Console does not install RGW yet. Hence console 3 bug.
