Description shawn.bourgeois.p 2016-03-16 04:12:06 UTC
Description of problem:
SELinux is preventing firewalld from 'create' accesses on the directory firewalld.

*****  Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests   **************************

If you believe that firewalld should be allowed create access on the firewalld directory by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# grep firewalld /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp

Hi,
Could you update your selinux-policy rpm package and try to reproduce this issue? It should be fixed in latest selinux-policy version for F23

$ rpm -q selinux-policy
selinux-policy-3.13.1-158.9.fc23.noarch

$ sesearch -T -s firewalld_t  -t var_run_t
Found 2 semantic te rules:
   type_transition firewalld_t var_run_t : dir firewalld_var_run_t;
   type_transition firewalld_t var_run_t : file firewalld_var_run_t;
