Description of problem:
Change the [+] icon to pen icon in the bugzilla list page

The [+]icon isn't a good mark to represent the meaning of edit,  the pen icon is the best icon to represent

5.0.2.rh2

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login bugzilla,  Do any search to get a bug list
2.In the end of each row, we could find the '[+]' icon

QA environment with version(5.0.2-rh4, DB: pgsql)
