Description of problem:
While downloading a task from koji (scratch build of webkitgtk4), koji will start leaking the memory until the point when there no free memory left and then killed by the OOM killer.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
koji-1.10.1-3.fc23.noarch

How reproducible:
Always when trying to download a specific scratch build. It is also possible that it is applicable on all webkitgtk4 builds. The problem here could be the size of packages (over 1 GB)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. koji download-task 13353604
2. wait until the debuginfo subpackage is going to be downloaded
3. after some time observe the amount of free memory
4. kill it or wait until it will be killed

Actual results:
Task is not downloaded, koji is killed, system is unresponsive for some time (swapping).

Expected results:
Koji will successfully download the given task.

Interesting, I knew there was a memory issue with download-build and large files, but download-task uses a different mechanism.

This message is a reminder that Fedora 23 is nearing its end of life.
Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining
and issuing updates for Fedora 23. It is Fedora's policy to close all
bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time

Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's 
lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a 
more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes 
bugs or makes them obsolete.

Fedora 23 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-12-20. Fedora 23 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
