Description of problem:
When a jar artifact is uploaded in Artifact repository, a string is typed into Search input and Search button is pressed, repositories list is not filtered.

BRMS 6.3.0.DR2

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Artifact repository. (Authoring -> Artifact repository)
2. Press Upload button and upload a jar artifact. 
3. Try to search uploaded artifact.

Actual results:
List is not filtered. Notification is not displayed.

Expected results:
list is filtered. Notification is displayed.
