It is testing only effort. Hence moving it to Modified.

As we are trying to reduce the scope of 'tiering' feature in glusterfs, and as there was no activity on this for last 2.6 yrs, Closing as WONTFIX.

I see there is a customer case on this, but that Closed! If customers are still waiting for it, it is recommended to let them know we are not going to work on this, instead of making them wait!
