Description of problem:
After the undercloud is installed but before the overcloud is deployed, I am able to ssh to the instack vm. After the overcloud is installed, the ssh session freezes and I cannot log into it from another shell. Force stopping the instack vm and restarting it makes it accessible again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install director using khaleesi, with minimal_no_ceph topology, and latest puddle (2016-03-11.1)
2. log into instack vm after undercloud is installed
3. log into instack vm after overcloud is installed, connection cannot be established

Actual results:
Cannot log into instack vm after overcloud is installed.

Expected results:
Can log into instack vm after overcloud is installed.

The problem has gone away after I rebooted the physical machine. Closing.
