Description of problem:

CDK Installation documentation for Windows [1] makes reference to unreleased version 2.0.0 beta5 including instructions to install vagrant plugins that are not in beta4 which is the latest available installation

Expected results:

Instructions for CDK 2.0.0 beta4 should be available as it is the most recent version released on the customer portal

CDK 2.0 Beta 5 software was not released on the scheduled delivery date, but the documentation was released. The CDK 2.0 Beta 5 software has since been released. So this bug can be closed. See: https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/293/ver=2/rhel---7/2.0.0/x86_64/product-software
