Description of problem:
Rpm jbossas-standalone-7.5.7-2.Final_redhat_3 is missing in the jbossas-standalone.spec file notation:

%config(noreplace) for standalone/mgmt-groups.properties  configuration file.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.4.7.CP.CR2

Actual results:
File would be overridden if it gets updated in rpm

Expected results:
File is not touched by update if it was modified

Is this a regression or is it something that have been there since EAP 6.0.1 and just detected now?

If it is not a regression I suggest fixing in 6.4.8 and avoid another schedule slip.

The mgmt-groups.properties file was added in 6.2.0

Release date	2013-Dec-04 (shipped date)

So 2 years and 4 months ago.   It has been like that for all 6.2.x, 6.3.x and 6.4.x up to 6.4.6.

It is clearly not a regression and in these 28 months no customer has complained.

Can't it wait more 6 weeks and be fixed in 6.4.8?

Fixed in distgit, will be in 6.4.8 CR1.
