+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1318626 +++

Description of problem:
We will be looking to replace export domain functions with different flows in 4.x. We need to clear deprecate the domain type to start deferring users to other flows that provide the same functions.

Import storage domain replaces the ability to move VMs from DC to DC and RHEV to RHEV. Backup API\Disk image uploader replaces the backup\restore of VM option.

oVirt 4.0 Alpha has been released, moving to oVirt 4.0 Beta target.

Admonitions made to multiple topics in Admin Guide, VMM Guide, and Rest API guide where applicable to make user aware that the export storage domain is deprecated, and link to information about importing data storage domains.
