Performed the same steps as with 5.6.  Added group/user, logged in as that user, created instance to azure.  Instance shows up fine.  When I click on Instances/Own it only lists the instance for that user.

Moving to verified for 5.5.4.0 using https://10.16.6.83/vm_cloud/explorer
