Description of problem:
Tasks listing sometime shows a task with Name "00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Saw during pool creation sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a cluster
2. Try to create a ec pool under the cluster
3. Go to tasks lists

Actual results:
Shows a task with name "00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000"

Expected results:
Should not show this task

Additional info:
Verified in backend DB and dont a task like this. Also using REST client does not list any such task.

I haven't seen this bug for long time. Last verified with
