Description of problem:

If the IP address range is 192.168.150.0/24 and the network gateway is entered as 1.2.3.4, the message is correct but missing a space

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install TripleO ISO
2. Login to run launch-fusor-undercloud-installer
3. For network gateway, enter a value outside the range (e.g. 1.2.3.4)

Actual results:

Entered IP address not in thespecified network range, please try again.

Expected results:

Entered IP address not in the specified network range (<range>), please try again.
