Description of problem: The lynx package is missing from the default image. Having lynx would be convenient for developer to test web gui's from the command line without having to rely on setting up landrush and deal with host networking dns issues to test web pages hosted by containers. Lynx is provided by the rhel-7-server-optional-rpms repo.
